Can Lubriderm Give Your New Tattoo A Rash?

I have been cleaning it and applying lotion to my 5 day old tattoo for a few days now, and the first two days i applied A&D ointment regularly. I have been getting small bumps that have been increasing in numbers steadily and it's on an area where i never break out. Can Lubriderm be causing this and am I able to stop lotioning all together/use the A&D again? Please help!
