Does this boy like me!!!!!!!!!!!! or NOT, THoughts?

Ok so me and this guy being textin and we both said we liked eachother. Anywyas, one night I texed him askin what he was doin and he said he was tired and he was about 2 sleep. So I didn't respond back and basically just decided to move on kinda. 2 weeks lata he texed me from a number I didn't recognize askin if I was mad and what I was up 2. I never replied cuz I didn't recognize the number. We been talkin 4 3 months now and everytime. I think he's moved on he returns...why do u think he's doin this. I like him but he has me wondering a lot due to some of his actions.
