Can you tell me how to top up my Oyster 16+ Photocard please?

Easiest way is by using one of the machines in underground ticket offices. They're very easy to use and have good clear instructions. You can top up online, but I think you have to register the card online and set up an account which is a bit fiddly. Maybe worth it if you're visiting often though.
