How do I get from Porte de Bagnolet Coach Station in Paris to the Champs Elysees?

I am hoping to see the final stage of the Tour de France and can get a coach from where I live in Leeds England to Porte de Bagnolet in Paris, I dont know how to get from the coach station to the Champs!
