Is she doing it for a boy?

Me and Veronica have been friends for a year now. Out of nowhere she turns all girly. When my dog licks her she gets all grossed out (she used to love it) and she is starting to wear tank tops, shirts that show a lot of chest, tight pants, and lots of make up. Do you think she's doing it for a boy? if she is then all of the changes that i told you aren't working.
