My yahoo messenger doesn't accept my pword. even though i changed it many times.?

i can only use mail services. i was careful with the caps lock and the num lock. and i'm sure i tiped it perfect! can anyone tell me what to do? i've already uninstalled and reinstalled the yahoo messenger.
