Should the united states remove all the depleted uranium from countries they have used it in?

Depleted uranium was used in artilery and planes in the first gulf war. Service personnel are now dying from related cancer, have given birth to babies with birth defects. A study was written that suggested depleted uranium was too dangerous to use, but ignored. Thousands of iraqis have now died and 2 generations have been born with birth defects. Depleted uranium continues to radiate until it is removed. It has been left in iraq during the first gulf war. It continues to be used today and is spread all over the country. The united states has given the people of iraq a death sentence and ruined what used to be a powerful country, the cradle of civilisation. It has and continues to poison and lie to its own service men and women. The united states need to take responsibiliy and remove and ban all depleted uranium.
