Would Michael Jackson still be alive if he had a proper doctor?

Apparently Dr Murray was only able to get into medical school due to affirmative action..He also got "ping grades" due to a sliding scale for minorities..Such an idiotic system has resulted in minorities (African decent only actually) being granted degrees when if it they had vied on a level field they would never have been able to proceed into fields that is beyond their capabilities..Now the world has lost Michael Jackson..How many more must die before this system is torn down?
